Frequently Asked Questions

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of the order, otherwise i may have already shipped it, as i have some items available immediately (others are made to order, as is specified in the listing).
How much is shipping to...?
For all of the information on shipping, please check our "Shipping" page on the shop's header bar.
I didn't get my item, what do i do?
First, please send us a message through our contact form with your order number so i can track it and look into it for you =)
Please note that we do not take responsibility for non-received items that are not communicated to me within 60 days of sending.
If an item arrives damaged we will provide a refund after images of the damaged item are sent to us and we can assess the damage was not made after use of the item.
I ordered the wrong colour, can i return it?
If you'd like to make a return of an item because, for example, you ordered the wrong color or model, that is also possible. I will refund you the item price (minus shipping price) as soon as I receive the item back from you. Items made to order are tentatively excluded from this policy and will be reviewed on a case to case basis.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we usually do. Please message me about doing custom orders through our contact form so i can see if it is possible at the time! Colour customization of an item i have on the shop do not usually have any extra cost, but other custom orders are decided on a case to case basis.
