PokePips Pokemon Dice
PokePips Pokemon Dice are a series of 6-sided dice with pips on every face but the ‘6’ side, which is clear to let you the Pokemon inside. Each die contains a Pokemon in a different pose always looking out through the highest face of the die. You can choose to have your PokePips uninked to see the Pokemon all around with little interference, or as an inked die for extra visibility at no extra added cost. Each PokePips die is 15mm scale, and contains a beautifully hand-painted Pokemon figure. This listing is for Snorlax, and you can choose between a single pokemon dice, or a full set of 3 dice that includes every pose for Snorlax. If you choose 1 die, then you’ll get a random pose for Snorlax, if you choose a set of 3 then you’ll get one of each pose available!
Because each of these dice are handmade, they will be shipped out in 2-3 weeks from placing your order as each d6 is made to order. Please be aware that due to the handmade nature of the PokePips Pokemon Dice, there may be small blemishes. These will not affect the roll of any of the dice. I work very hard at reducing these as much as possible. I also ensure each set is as close as possible to the photos as possible, and all photos are taken to reflect the true colours and effects of the dice as much as possible. ***********************************************************************************
FAQ:
How many different PokePips are there? – There are 61 different Pokemon in the series, with a total number of 117 different poses. All the pokemon (with the exception of Marill and Togepi) are from the Kanto region.
Can I choose which pose I want? – Yes! Be sure to message me with your order reference, or you’ll get a random pose from those available. Please note that some Pokemon have fewer poses than others. But are the dice balanced? – The material used to make the figures is approximately the same density as the resin used around it. This means that the dice should be balanced, however we have not done a statistically significant amount of testing with these dice.
Are the figures inside these dice resin cast? – No, we use official, vintage Pokemon figures from a tabletop game, which we clean up, sand, prep, hand paint, and then cast into the dice.
Do you plan on making the Pokemon that aren’t available yet? – Yes. Unfortunately, the official game pieces we use don’t include all of the original 151 Pokemon. A lot were never made, and from what we can tell the ones that were picked for the tabletop game were randomly selected. Since the pieces are so old, very little information is available anymore. However, depending on the success of these dice, we are looking to 3d model the remaining Pokemon that were not part of the tabletop game, in the same style, to eventually make them all available.
Are the Pokemon okay in the dice? – No Pokemon were harmed in the making of the PokePips collection!
